My Story

As a middle school educator for more than 20 years, I have witnessed how challenging it can be for young women to navigate relationships with themselves and others.  It has become my passion to work with these girls to help them develop and strengthen their skills to feel empowered and empathetic during these formidable years.

The mission of Girl EmPOWERment is to inspire and motivate girls to empower and lift each other up.  I believe it is important for young women to develop healthy mindsets about themselves and their relationships with others, to sharpen their leadership capabilities, and curate their skills to speak up and use their own voice.
